Reservations

  

  • All reservations must be secured with an active Visa, Discover American Express, or Mastercard.
  • No refunds after check-in.
  • Check in time is 3:00 PM.
  • Check out is 10 am, $10/hour charged for extended stay- please ensure your keys are turned in to the office by 10 am. 
  • All reservations require a $5.00 Booking Fee at time of registration.
  • Cancellation Policy - A minimum $15 fee per night applies if cancelling within 7 days of arrival date. NO SHOWS are handled as cancellations.
  • 3 day minimum stay on holidays. 
  • Late Arrival Policy - if you expect to arrive after normal business hours contact our office for arrangements.
  • Rates will be higher on Holidays & Weekends . 
  • Prices are subject to change, with or without notice, please call to verify the rates listed here. 
  • Limited availability for small pets (under 25 lbs). (Non-refundable pet fee applies).
  • Group rates and specials are at the discretion of management.
  • We offer a variety of floorplans that can accomodate up to 8 members in one party.

Hurricane Cancellation Policy - In the event of a manadatory evacuation, all reservations will be cancelled without penalty. In the event of a voluntary evacuation, all guests will be notified to reshedule without penalty, otherwise normal cancellation fees shall apply.
