What is a Condotel?
 A condotel is a motel conversion in which the individual units (rooms) of an existing motel are sold to individual buyers, but the motel continues to function as a viable motel. From the buyer's perspective, a condotel is relatively the same as buying a condominium; as a developer, it is considerably more complicated. As a condotel, we have a Home Owner's Association with all associated maintenance plans and management in place.
Condotels provide an affordable opportunity for many to enjoy the coastal Carolina lifestyle. Condotels are fully staffed and managed as a typical, full-service motel. As the owner of a condotel unit, you will have the opportunity to enroll your unit in the motel's rental program.
